Description: Read First
Since this is brand new, I'd recommend backing up your world before using just in case.

What is this?
It's like a Mini WorldEdit for Rainbow.

What Commands can I use?
Select with wooden axe (left-click first selection, right-click next)

//copy
//paste
//undo
//set block_name
//cut
//replace block_name block_name
//walls block_name
//up #

Notes
Some limitations on //copy and //paste and //undo.  For example blocks that require others like torches, attached signs, etc, may not replace (i.e. just end up breaking after place).
Chest inventories are not copied.   Possibly other side effects yet to be determined.

Updated to v1.1
- Better block name support  (//set diorite, //set 98:1, etc)
- //expand, //shift
- //pos1, //pos2
- //replacenear

Updated to v1.2
- //save //load  ;  "Poorman's schematic", Slow but works

Now that I am in the right place this time....

Cut does not cut, it just delete. You can not paste a cut entity.

I have the jar file in myplugins_mod directory. On startup I see

Loaded Plugins and Ordering:
----------------------------
               RainbowEdit : Rainbow Edit 1.2 (rbow.org)

Yet none of the commands do anything. I get Unknown command. Is there something I need to do that I'm missing that actually enables this plugin?

Where can I get the permissions  for /diw and Rainbow Edit usage ?

I'd like to set some of my staff to Builders group, not just op.

Possible bug: If the server lags you out while attempting to load a schematic, the moment you log in (even if you moved) you'll paste the schematic where you're standing. Furthermore, my schematic kept on pasting itself every time I do //pos1 from then on.

Is there a way to rotate a selected area? That would be very useful.

Confirmed for next version (which will require Rainbow v36), you'll be able to use numbers like "//set 1:4" which would be polished diorite.  Also you'll be able to do "//set granite" "//set polished_diorite" and others like that.

Also added //pos1, //pos2, and //replacenear.  If time allows will add some more.

Awesome! Any chance of releasing a list of supported block names? Such as flowing_lava, diamond_ore, ect.

Only request because I wanted to know if it is possible to //set or /edit set polished diorite?

Here's how it's supposed to work, if it's not let me know.

First, simple example. If you do //copy then move your player up 3 blocks and do //paste, it should paste the result 3 blocks up.

Basically, when you do //copy it stores position relative to where your player is at that time.  Then later when you do //paste it pastes relative to your new position.

It does not take into account which direction you face, it would place in the same direction it was copied. There isn't a rotation feature yet.

Hope that helps, and post back with your results! :)
