Description: Jetpack Plugin

//What is it?
This plugin adds the ability for players to fly around with jet packs! (Seriously - who doesn't want that!)

//What does it do?
With the use of the jet packs, standard players are given flight abilities to help explore or build.  There are some basic effects that go with it such as particles from the jets and a rumble when flying.
The jet packs are powered by coal - it will automatically burn through your coal supply at a rate of 1 piece per 15 seconds.

//How do I use it?
The jet pack can be started with the command /jetpack or /jp.  Once started the player will thrust up into the air (providing there is enough headroom for flight).  Once the jet pack is enabled it will remain active until it is turned off with typing the command in again as a toggle.
If the player has the jet pack enabled but has landed - the coal consumption will pause however the jet pack will be in 'standby' mode, allowing the player to use normal flight controls to start flying again (double jump).

//Who can use it?
Players will need to be granted the jetpack.use permission in order to use the jet pack feature.

Let me know what you guys think and if there are any improvements you'd like to see on future releases!

Thanks JD - I saw your post for the SharedPackages update, I'll definitely look into using that for the next update.

Cheers!

Great work!
I remember you saying that you use onTick() as your timer. Though this is close to accurate, the time can vary depending on the game time and the lag in the server. If you want I can give you the code to a java timer, if you want. Or you can go exploring SharedPackages. I recently updated it, and it has a lot of timers with the source code.
