Description: This plugin installs a Time Travel Module (a.k.a., a Tardis) on your server.

I've been working on this plugin off-and-on for about a year.  Unfortunately, Minecraft 1.9 no longer supports multi-worlds, which this plugin uses to build the interior of the tardis.  Therefore I am abandoning this plugin.

But I am uploading it in case anyone else wants to check it out.  Be aware that it's far from finished, and is uber buggy.  I was also thinking of how I might either add new mob types or re-purpose existing mobs to be daleks, cybermen, and weeping angels, but that ain't gonna happen now.

It's fairly self-explanatory how to get your tardis once you install the plugin and join the game.  Obviously, you need to be running a Minecraft 1.8 Rainbow server.

Upon entering your tardis, you'll find a chest containing useful resources that a time-traveling Time Lord might need, as well as a Tardis Owner's Manual (something The Doctor seems to lack).

To install this plugin, copy tardis.jar to your plugins_mod folder.  Optionally, download RainbowXrasLibrary.jar from here...

...and copy it to your plugins_mod folder.  It isn't necessary, but adds extra functionality to your tardis, like being able to bring horses and villagers into your tardis with you.

That's all you need to do.  Your server will find it there automagically and install it.  When you summon your tardis for the first time, it will generate a new dimension for the interior of the tardis; this will take some time, so go have a cup of Advanced Tea Earl Grey Hot Substitute while you read the funny world-building messages...

I have a suggestion to keep this plugin going, not sure how possible this is, but you could have the Tardis as an obsidian tower (small tower), with the middle bottom as an End portal. You could have the location on a sign, and when the player steps through the portal, if the Tardis sign is empty, then they go to the end. Otherwise, they go the location on the sign. The Tardis would move there too.
