Description: Changes

- Raw Outgoing Player Packets are now easily interceptable (and modified or cancelled).
See PluginExampleEvents for sample. It calls regisregisterPlayerPacketListener(), reports
outgoing packets and replaces "zz" in any chat packets with "yy" as demonstration modifying.

- Removed built-in 'Nether Stuck' feature where players are teleported to spawn if stay in portal too long.
If desired, can be implemented in a plugin instead.

- Added 'reconnect_delay_seconds' configurable reconnect delay in Rainbow.properties

PS: Interesting idea for plugin develops. You could track the number of bytes per player for outgoing data, and packets of each kind, etc.  Might make for some interesting statistics to see about your user base.

Really raw byte code? I thought only to java packet objects, not raw code, but its not problem, so with this now we can change the outcomming packets, so the remaining thinks for packets are the incoming and just sending a packet to player.
