Description: Changes
Quote

- Added 'admin chat' /ac command (permission "rainbow.adminchat")
- Added '/diw save' option to force saving rainbow data (economy, name colors, etc).
  Otherwise, only saves during autosave intervals or shutdown.
- .kill() for some entities (including players) didn't work.
- Item Lore accessible with MC_ItemStack
   public List<String> getLore();
   public void setLore(List<String> lore);
- Items can be serialized/deserialized (so plugins can make kits or item storage easily)
   MC_ItemStack has
      public byte[] serialize();
   MC_Server has
      public MC_ItemStack createItemStack(byte[] rawData)
- RainbowUtils class has 'RainbowStringList' function for displaying a list
  of strings in colorful fashion (like how /plugins displays)
- Cleaned up /diw output and added "walls" option to /diw edit.
